India's bowling department also has a few issues to address.

The team has depended heavily on Arshdeep Singh for wickets, while Axar Patel has provided some control. The much-anticipated return of Bhuvneshwar Kumar has not produced the expected results so far.

The experienced pacer has taken just one wicket in three matches and conceded 139 runs at an economy rate of 11.58. Arshdeep is the only Indian bowler with an economy rate below 10 in the series.

India could consider bringing in either Kuldeep Yadav or Varun Chakravarthy to strengthen the spin attack.

However, making room for another specialist bowler could mean dropping Naman Dhir. That would reduce India's batting depth and also take away an option for part-time off-spin.

Spin-bowling coach Sairaj Bahutule has said that both Kuldeep and Chakravarthy are ready to play whenever the team needs them. However, it remains to be seen whether either of them gets an opportunity in the final T20I.

India could also look at using Tilak Varma and Abhishek Sharma as additional bowling options, but that could be a risky move given the scoring pattern in the series.
