Colts star Jonathan Taylor "proud to be" with Indianapolis amid trade rumors

Colts running back Jonathan Taylor signed a two-year, $44 million extension before the season in August. The Colts star downplayed trade rumors this week, saying he "can't control" speculations about his future.

"I haven't heard anything," Taylor said. "I can't control that. Obviously, you guys know that I'm always proud to wear the horseshoe. I'm always proud to be here. ... But obviously, circumstances may cause otherwise. Hopefully that day may not come, but I can't control that."

The Colts are unlikely to make the postseason after getting off to a 2-5 start. The team also traded franchise stars Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner this year.
